Sweet Memories of Abuela

A sweet friend called me recently on how she didn’t know if her sweet 94 year old grandma would still be here when her family gets back from a 6 month long work commission. As they were packing to leave to go to Virginia, I went to take photos of her grandma in Socorro, Texas all dressed up in front of her house. This reminds me why I do what I do. This is not about the perfect image, but freezing moments in time you never want to forget. A single image says a thousand words. What a blessing to capture a life who will always be loved & never be forgotten.
